Crafted from purple bamboo, this 100-prong matcha whisk (chasen) has fine, flexible tines that help blend matcha into a smooth, delicate froth.
Before each use, soak the tines in warm water at approximately 80°C to soften them.
For regular use, we recommend replacing your whisk approximately every three months, or sooner if the tines break, lose their flexibility, or show signs of mould. Rinse after use and allow it to air-dry completely before storing.
