Gui Tea Matcha — From the Highlands of Guizhou, China

The matcha we use in our Matcha Ritual workshop.
Discover jade-green matcha with a smooth texture, rich umami flavour and a fresh tea aroma. Grown in the misty highlands of Guizhou, around 1,000 metres above sea level, Gui Tea Matcha is made from carefully selected, tender early-spring leaves.
The tea plants are shaded for three to four weeks before harvest, and the leaves are milled into an exceptionally fine powder. The result is a vibrant matcha to enjoy whisked with water, blended into a creamy latte, or added to your favourite baking recipes.
